Our inventory is in Real Time. If it is on the website, it should be in stock. Occasionally an item you order may become unavailable as you are checking out, if this happens you will be notified by email within 24 hrs. Everything on our site is in stock. We will do our very best to ship your order the same day. We are closed on Sunday so we will send out your order first thing Monday.

For those of you in Canada.  We work hard to get your product to you as soon as we can.  We can not control what happens at customs.  Please be patient with shipping.  We ship your product to you so it gets to you as quick as possible.  Sometimes there are circumstances we can not control.  The post office through which we ship gives us estimated shipping times.  For instance priority is 6 to 10 days estimated, which almost always ends up being longer.  We understand that you want your product as soon as possible and we work hard to make that happen.   Thank you for your understanding.

Payment Options Autumn Garage accepts: Visa, Mastercard, Discover Card.

All Funds must be in U.S. Dollars Credit Cards: You can safely enter your entire credit card number, via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information. We bill all Credit Card orders the day we receive your order and bill the full amount all at once. This cuts down on the cost on our end, and allows us to keep our prices low.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is charged only on orders sent within the state of Colorado. Colorado State laws require that we charge sales tax on the full amount of the product order (not including shipping).

Invoicing and Receipts

You will receive a confirmation email invoice of your order at the conclusion of the ordering process. If you misplace this confirmation, we will be more than happy to forward an additional copy.

All orders shipped from Autumn Garage will include a packing slip or invoice.

Return & Exchange
Thank you for shopping with Autumn Garage! We sincerely hope that you're satisfied with your purchase. Should there be a factory defect or an incorrect shipment, or you just not satisfied with your purchase we want to make sure you get what you want.  We'll gladly exchange it at our cost or issue an in-house credit NO CASH REFUNDS. If necessary we exchange or return an item please note:

*Call 801-733-4305 within 5 business days from receipt of goods to obtain an "RA" number. Absolutely no returns or exchanges will be accepted if the package isn't clearly marked with the "Return Authorization code". YOU WILL RECEIVE STORE CREDIT WHICH CAN BE USED AT ANYTIME.  NO REFUNDS ON MONEY.

*Upon approval, merchandise meeting the following criteria may be returned (freight prepaid) for an exchange or in-house credit only. NO CASH REFUNDS.

*Returned merchandise must be in the original box and in mint condition with any and all tags attached.
*Include a copy of the shipping invoice, which accompanies your merchandise.
*Provide a legible explanation on a separate piece of paper.
*All returns and exchanges must be received by Autumn Garage within 30 business days from invoice date.                          *Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Additional shipping and handling fees are required to process all exchanges.

MERCHANDISE NOT MEETING THE ABOVE CRITERIA WILL BE REFUSED!



Cancellation Policy

If you request to cancel your order or items on your order, we will attempt to cancel these items if your request is within one hour of placing the order. In order to make a cancellation request, please call 801-733-4305, as these requests must be received via phone. If our Customer Lines are engaged, you will be asked to leave a message. Please include your order number and contact details. We cannot guarantee the order will be cancelled and if the order ships, shipping charges will not be refunded.
